Cancellation Policy

STUDENT CANCELLATION:

I appreciate that sometimes plans change, and you may be unable to attend your class as planned.

Classes:

Any payments or pass allocations are non-refundable I'm afraid. However if more than 24 hours’ notice is given then you may your reservation to another class: head over to your original email confirmation, and select MANAGE THIS RESERVATION, and choose MOVE. (If the new class you would like to choose is of a different type, then click on to name of the class, and it will give you the list of all types to choose from).
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given then I’m afraid no such option is available, and if a pass has been used to confirm a place, then the class will be deducted.

Workshops/Events:

All deposits paid are non-refundable. Any balancing payments made remain refundable until the final balance is payable as per the original booking terms.

 

STUDIO CANCELLATION:

In the event that an individual class is cancelled by The Den, then any payments will be refunded and pass allocations returned.
If the class is part of a course, then the cancelled session will be rescheduled.

If this cancellation is part of a temporary closure, covid-related or otherwise, then in addition to this, valid passes will be suspended, and expiry dates extended until such time as the studio reopens and classes resume.

In the unfortunate (and hopefully unlikely!) event that the closure is permanent, then any valid passes/courses will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
