A weekly class, designed just for mums-to-be. A chance to move safely, mindful of all the changes in your body as baby grows, to relax and take precious time for yourself.

Any yoga practice is time just for you, but it is even more important during pregnancy to create space and time to nurture your ever-changing body as baby grows.
​
At The Den Yoga Studio, you can join Tiffany for a weekly class designed just for mums-to-be, a chance to:

Move mindfully and safely, with postures to stretch and strengthen

Bring a deep awareness to the breath, whether that is to softly energise, to find focus or to relax

Be guided through calming meditations

Be held safely as you deeply relax

Pregnancy yoga can guide you to connect with your body, and help you to enjoy this incredible experience. It will also teach you techniques that can support you during birth and beyond too.
​
And as well as helping you to connect with baby, joining classes is also a great way to connect with others going through the same wonderful journey, to share experiences, and to make friends too.​

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome to join the classes anytime during your pregnancy from 16 weeks gestation, right up until birth. It is never too late to introduce this supportive practice into your routine!

Tuesdays 6pm-7:15pm

Each 75 minute class is £14.

This class begins on Tuesday 16th September, and is a rolling, weekly class. No need to commit to a course, and if you buy a pass you have 8 weeks to use it.
(Please note: if you buy a pass now, then I will update the expiry date to 8 weeks from the start date of 16/9)

Once baby arrives, and you have had the "OK" after your 6-week check up, you would be welcome to join our new POSTNATAL YOGA class!

POSTNATAL YOGA
Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30am, from Tuesday 16th September
​
A class for new mums.
A chance to reconnect with your body after childbirth.
​
The classes will focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and alleviating common aches and pains, and will include gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation practices, all while being baby-friendly.
It is also a wonderful way to meet other new mums in a supportive environment...making friends and sharing common experiences.
This is a practice for Mum, but baby is welcome to come along too (until they can crawl!)
