I am a 200 hour Independent Yoga Network Certified Yoga Teacher and passionate about the benefits that yoga  and meditation can bring to both mind and body.

Prior to starting my yoga journey I had tried all the usual fitness crazes - zumba, step aerobics, water aerobics, aerobics, gym classes badminton, squash, you name it I have probably tried it, but nothing makes me feel lighter happier and calmer than yoga. 

Yoga has changed how I feel about myself, the world around me and how I handle  the stress and emotion of a busy life. 

I believe that everyone should have a little yoga in their life and hope you will join me on the mat to start your own yoga journey.
