Live stream Classes

You can join me for a live-streamed yoga class from wherever you are via the platform Zoom.

Perhaps you'd simply prefer to practise from the comfort of your own home or perhaps you live further away?

Or maybe, for early morning classes and chair yoga, staying at home is just easier (for us all!)

All classes are £7 and must be booked online, with booking opening a month in advance.

And, if you can't join me live (or would like to repeat the class), then each booking to an online class includes a link to the class recording, valid for a week to enjoy in your own time.



Suitable for all ages and abilities with plenty of options to make it as gentle or challenging as you need. Move is also the ideal online class for absolute beginners to find their feet - literally - or a place to make your way back to the mat after a break. In this Hatha based class, we will combine static poses with breathwork and just a little flow, designed to improve posture, strength and mobility. And we will end with a deep, guided relaxation. A chance to stretch, feel strong, breathe, relax.


An earlier class: fit it in before work, before the kids surface (if you are lucky!), before the routine of the day sets in. Ease from bed to mat, and then energise to start your day the yoga way! And Rise is online, so no need to add to your morning commute or even get dressed if you’d prefer not to!


A gentle class, designed for those living with chronic conditions, in particular CFS/ME. A no pressure environment to gently stretch and unwind, with a supported, guided relaxation. A chance to rebalance, restore energy. This class is online, so you can enjoy as much or as little of the practice as you wish from the comfort of your own home, even the warmth of your bed if you wish. The class is monthly, and includes a recording of the session to enjoy in your own time over the following month, perhaps at a time that suits you better, or perhaps simply repeating the practice to find a sense of familiarity, a sense of comfort, a sense of ease.


A class designed to release tension, unravel and unwind, iron out the kinks. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and barely moving from the ground the class is suitable for all. With gentle movement, and guided meditations, a chance to really switch off to everything else. To pause and reset. To find deep rest. To come back to you.

How does it work?


To see the current timetable and to book your class, head over to the booking page, and follow the instructions to book and pay online. Booking opens 1 week in advance.


Booking on to a Zoom class will also give you a link to the recording of the class, valid for 7 days so that you can practise at your leisure as many times as you like!

And if you'd like to join me from home, but can't make the scheduled live-stream class, then you could book on as normal, let me know that you can’t join in live, and you will still get the link to the recording to practise whenever you are ready!


Live stream classes are via the video platform Zoom, and your booking confirmation will include details of how to download the Zoom app to your device, as well as the Meeting ID and password for your class.

For the class, I will open the session about 15 minutes before the start time, so feel free to join me beforehand. You will need to join with both audio and video if possible.

I do recommend that for your first online session, you allow plenty of time to get linked in, just in case of any technical difficulties.


Each class is £7.

Or you can buy a 6-class online pass for £35 - valid for 3 months at any online class!


All you will need is a quiet space with minimal distractions and a device to link in and see me on (laptop, tablet, phone or PC). A mat is lovely if you have one, but a towel works well too. Sometimes I will invite you to use items from around the home as props, but I will give you advance notice of this.

And you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in - come in your PJs if you want to!

Please note:

Students new to The Den (online or elsewhere) will need to complete a health questionnaire in advance. When you book your first class I will email you the form to complete which must be done before participating in classes.
